Ck44 bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online Sports Betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ck44 bd and its users.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on ck44 bd, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use ck44 bd. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.

During registration, you must agree to an age declaration. ck44 bd may request age verification documents at any time. If a user is found to be under 18 years of age:

• The account will be immediately and permanently closed.
• All funds in the account may be forfeited.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided.
• The matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Ck44 bd currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: Up to ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT) per day.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. If a deposit from a suspicious source is detected, it will be refunded and the account will be subject to investigation.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 1–5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.
• Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from ck44 bd. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though some cases may take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Up to ৳2,00,000 per day (higher limits may apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance. Funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
• Ck44 bd reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any withdrawal that appears unusual.

Ck44 bd regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before accepting the bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: New members get up to 100% bonus on their first deposit. Applicable on a minimum deposit of ৳1,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 5–10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• If you make a deposit before claiming a bonus, you may withdraw without taking the bonus — however, the bonus cannot be claimed afterwards.

Ck44 bd has specific betting rules that all users are required to follow.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets will be voided if they are not placed before the event begins.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ck44 bd reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds at the time the bet is successfully confirmed are final.
• In parlay and accumulator bets, all legs must win — losing even one leg results in the entire bet being lost.

Ck44 bd is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Misuse of bonus offers (bonus arbitrage).
• Collusion or participation in match fixing.
• Transactions made using stolen payment information.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Ck44 bd believes entertainment is only healthy when kept within limits. We encourage our users to play responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 1 day and 1 month.
